This didn’t start as a brand.
It started as a realization. That you can build something successful… and still feel like something is missing. That you can be driven, capable, and doing everything right… and still feel off. The Honest Ambition came from a season of slowing down, questioning things I could no longer ignore, and learning how to think more honestly about what I actually wanted.
Not just what looked good.
Not just what made sense.
But what felt right.
I built what I thought I was supposed to.
I’m from a small town. No connections, no shortcuts. Just grit.
I started a business thinking it would be something simple. Within a few years, it became a multi-million-dollar design and marketing firm. From the outside, it looked like everything was working. But underneath it, I was chasing something I didn’t fully understand yet. Trying to prove I wasn’t limited by where I came from. Trying to feel secure, certain, and like I had finally become someone.
And for a while, it worked.
Until it didn’t.
At the same time my career was growing, parts of my personal life were falling apart. And I started to realize something I hadn’t wanted to see before:
Success doesn’t resolve what’s underneath it.
It amplifies it.
So I started asking different questions.
Not what’s next. But what do I actually want?
Not how do I grow this. But does this even feel right?
Not how do I prove myself. But why do I feel like I still need to?
That’s what The Honest Ambition is built on.
A space for ambitious, highly driven women who are building, growing, and evolving… but also want to understand themselves in the process.
Not more pressure.
Not more noise.
But more clarity.
More honesty.
More intention.
Because ambition isn’t the problem.
But without awareness, it can take you further away from yourself than you realize.
